Throughout history, traditional cultures have recognized the role of storytelling in teaching values to children. Yet current curricula indicates most educators have not fully capitalized on the connection between storytelling, folktales and character education. Through storytelling, Bobby promotes values and principals to teach lessons of:

- responsibility
- self-esteem
- cooperation
- honesty
Each of his tales enhances the character education experience in a very dynamic and enjoyable manner, enjoyed by audiences of all ages!
The power of storytelling has not diminished in contemporary culture. Our stories show over and over how positive character traits are rewarded when we encourage children to embrace these qualities. The power of stories to teach is most fully realized when the tales are told because tellers reveal in a hundred subtle ways their own approval or disapproval of the actions and events they are narrating. Contemporary children still need stories and a "grandparent" to tell them. All Ages.
